Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, bank transfer details will be required.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).
For gift orders, refunds will be processed to the original purchaser's payment method.
Exchange for the same plant variety is always free if the original plant was damaged or incorrect.
You can exchange for a different plant of equal or lesser value. Price differences will be refunded.
Exchange for a higher-value plant by paying the difference. Subject to availability.
Exchange items are delivered using the same timeline as regular orders in your area.

• Plants that die due to improper care after 7 days are not eligible for return, but we provide free care guidance.
• Custom planters and personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged.
