Exchange for the same plant variety is always free if the original plant was damaged or incorrect.

Different Plant Exchange

You can exchange for a different plant of equal or lesser value. Price differences will be refunded.

Upgrade Exchange

Exchange for a higher-value plant by paying the difference. Subject to availability.

Exchange Delivery

Exchange items are delivered using the same timeline as regular orders in your area.

Important Notes

• Plants must be returned in their original condition with the pot and soil intact.

• For damage claims, photos must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.

• Seasonal plants and special orders may have different return policies.

• Plants that die due to improper care after 7 days are not eligible for return, but we provide free care guidance.

• Custom planters and personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged.

• Return pickup is free for eligible returns; customer pays for non-eligible returns.
